Evening prior to session:

Fill out Reflections + Intentions: http://www.kristenkancler.com/reflections. This is an essential part of your program so we can both come fully prepared for your sessions

Session Flow:

Start with successes
Get clear the pattern/belief to focus on
Guided through The Effortless Embodiment Method
Debrief
Set intentions

Post-Session Care:

Rest
Lay down for 5 - 20 minutes
Feel into the new experience and knowing in your body, your being
Drink water
Journal, if desired
Be gentle with your body the rest of the day

Between Sessions:

Fill out Tracking Journal to create conscious connections. This is an essential part of your program so you can see the power of your body to create your new destiny
